Problem
Creating blog content manually takes time. The process often involves topic planning, writing, editing, formatting, publishing, and tracking.
Approach
I broke the process into smaller workflow stages: input, AI generation, validation, review, publishing, and performance tracking.
Implementation

1Complete Workflow Architecture
The complete automation system is organised into connected stages for content generation, quality safeguards, human approval, publishing, and change management.
2Human Review Before Publishing
Every generated article is sent to Telegram for review. The reviewer can approve the article for publication or request changes before anything goes live.
3Automated Publishing to WordPress
Approved articles are automatically published to WordPress with supporting assets and formatting. The workflow then updates tracking records and sends confirmation notifications.
